Hi all and happy mothers day!!! I recently started anti tnf having a monthly jab of golimumab. Ive had 2 jabs to date and in the last few days have really started to feel better! I noticed on thursday in work that I wasnt as tired as normal and felt just like, well me! for the first time in a long long time! I really thought it was my imagination, but no, Im really starting to feel bettwe, my va va voom is coming back! My hands are so so much better in the mornings and I definitely have more energy. All thats left now is to get rid of muffin top that has appeared through not being able to move around properly and eating the wrong things!

Ive started using the wii fit today, just for ten minutes a day (taking advice from my consultant) and hope to try and build this up over a period of time, muffin top begone!!!

Have a lovely day all and take care

Heather xxxxxx
